BANGKOK — Get ready to chill out with the Starboy this December when The Weeknd drops into Thailand for a concert.
Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, known on stage as The Weeknd, announced his first Asia tour Tuesday, including a stop in Bangkok on Dec. 2.
“Asia, finally I’m coming,” Tesfaye tweeted this morning.
The venue and ticket prices have yet to be announced for the concert of the triple Grammy-winning artist.
The 28-year-old Canadian’s top Billboard hits are “Starboy,” “The Hills,” and “Can’t Feel My Face.” His other Top 10 songs include “Love Me Harder,” featuring with Ariana Grande, “Earned It,” a soundtrack for “Fifty Shades of Grey” and “Pray For Me,” from the “Black Panther” film soundtrack, which he sang with Kendrick Lamar.
