BANGKOK — The rail line linking downtown to Suvarnabhumi Airport will exempt fees to everyone over 60 for the first day of the traditional New Year festival.

The Airport Rail Link will offer the free rides 6am to midnight on April 13, which is the first day of Songkran and also National Senior Day.
Commuters need to show their ID to staff to obtain free passes.
