Chiang Mai Redshirts To Stand Against Amnesty Bill

(1 November) Chiang Mai Redshirts announced on its radio station to rally against the
controversial Amnesty Bill, which recently passed the vote in the Lower House.

At about 11.30 am, the group met at the Chiang Mai City Hall to file an open letter
to the Governor, to express their displeasure over the bill.

Mr. Laeniyon Lueangcharoen,  a prominent Redshirt leader in the province, reportedly told our correspondent that the group will
continue to protest against the bill.
