Young Dance Stars Unite for Charitable “Aladdin 2024” Performance in Chiang Mai

The charity performance of “Aladdin 2024” is to be performed at Chiang Mai University Convention Center in Chiang Mai on Sunday, December 15, 2024.

CHIANG MAI — Award-winning young ballet dancers from Thailand and abroad are coming together for a charitable performance of “Aladdin 2024” at Chiang Mai University Convention Center on December 15. The event, organized under the Youth Help Youth Project, aims to raise funds for underprivileged and orphaned youth.

The performance features internationally acclaimed dancers including Patchisa Pakdeewong, Ramon Chuajedton, Trong Rattanadumrongaksorn, Timarin Wing Holmes, and Gorboon Sriyabhaya. They will be joined by guest performers Pakin Ploypicha and Wuttipong Mongkolphan from Bangkok City Ballet and Passion Dance School, alongside young talents from various Chiang Mai schools.

The event is hosted by Chiang Mai Ballet Academy, a recipient of the Royal Award for Highest Standards from King Bhumibol Adulyadej and recognized as an ASEAN model school in 2015. Under the direction of Dr. MomLuang Preeyapun Sridhavat, President of The ATOD Children & Youth Development Association, proceeds from the performances will benefit the Chalermprakiet 48th Anniversary School under the royal patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

The two-hour performances will be staged at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The event is supported by various organizations including The Government Lottery Office, The Australian Teachers Of Dancing International, Taokaenoi Food & Marketing Public Company Limited, The Oasis Spa Thailand, The Podology Clinic, and Thai Lion Air.
