CHONBURI— Synergy Spaces (SNS), a Saha Group member, has partnered with J-PARK Sriracha Nihon Mura and IWG to launch Regus, a premium flexible workspace in Chonburi Province. The new office space, located in the Japanese-style community mall’s Phase 2 New Town Zone, aims to serve growing foreign investment in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
The 555-square-meter facility offers 120 workstations with private offices accommodating 2-8 people, along with common areas, a business lounge, reception services, and fully equipped meeting rooms.

Mr. Tinnakorn Bunnag, Senior Vice President of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding PCL, noted that the partnership enhances the working environment by combining authentic Japanese ambiance with lifestyle amenities to benefit business owners and office users.
The strategic location near the motorway, Laem Chabang Port, and Sriracha Industrial Zone has attracted significant interest before its March 1, 2025 launch. According to Mr. Thitiwat Thanapornnithinan, Country Manager of IWG, occupancy has already reached 30% for 2025, with projections of 80% by 2026.
SNS plans to continue expanding with the April 2025 opening of “Spaces” at Kingbridge Tower, a Grade A office space in Bangkok’s Rama III area.
