Mr. Vitavas Vibhagool, (4th from left) Director, Executive Director CEO – Property Development – Grande Asset Hotels and Property PCL had signed a construction contract with Mr. Vachara Chirangboonkul (4th from right) Chairman & CEO of Siphya Construction Co., Ltd. for HYDE Heritage Thonglor, a super-luxury condominium at the heart of Bangkok close to BTS Thonglor worth of 6,000 million baht. The project is a joint venture of Property Perfect PCL., Grand Asset Hotels & Properties PCL. and Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. a renowned housing construction company from Japan with 300 years of experience and presence in Japan and all over the world. The signing ceremony was held recently with Mr. Atsuhisa Ogura Director of Grand Star Co., Ltd., Mr. Somsak Chaipitoonsawas Executive Vice President of Construction, Design & Project Development, Mr. Wichutorn Hongprapat and Miss Vipavhee Chirangboonkul senior management of Siphya Construction Co., Ltd. in attendant at the HYDE Heritage Thonglor Sales Gallery on Sukhumvit soi 59.
