Hino Holds “The 29th Hino Total Support Contest” ,To Improve Skills in Sales, Spare Parts and Services for Systematic Work and Operations.

Recently, Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd., was held the activity, “The 29th Hino Total Support (TS) Contest” in the year 2023, to support and leverage the excellence in the skills related to the sales, spare parts, and services at the Logistics and Training Center of Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd., located in Bang Sai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

The Contest is held to measure the potentials in improving the personnel skills of Hino’s sales representatives throughout Thailand, covering theoretical and practice parts to improve skills of Hino’s sales representatives for better development, focusing on the test similar to the real-life situation in each aspect, so personnel will be able to apply skills and solve problems at work with efficiencies in order to respond and meet the customer needs.

This year, Hino is honored to have Miss Arpakorn Wongkhetkorn, Inspector-General of the Department of Skill Development, Mr. Keiichi Yoshimura, Senior Vice President and General Manager from the Automobile Business Department, Mitsui & Co., (Thailand) Ltd., Mr. Kimio Watanabe, Chief Officer Director from Hino Motors Asia Ltd., Mr. Chaiyant Nimnualphong, President of Hino Motors Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. and Mr. Ken Iwamoto, President of Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd., presided over the contest event and supported the Hino activities, along with business partners and alliances.

Mr. Ken Iwamoto, President of Hino Motor Sales (Thailand) Ltd., said that the Hino Contest, this year, still has main objective to improve skills and expertise of personnel in terms of sales and after sales services. All contestants must convey the messages about Hino’s good qualities to customers. Moreover, knowledge skills, capabilities, experiences, and work quality will support the customer’s businesses in terms of lowering the cost or the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO); this will be the essential point which makes customers feel good about Hino.

All contestants must convey the messages about Hino’s good qualities to customers. Every contestant is considered the “Hino” representative who promotes the representative’s potentials, builds up trust among customers and creates happiness and satisfaction towards the product standards and “Total Support” when customers receive services from Hino Centers throughout Thailand.

   In the evening, there was an event of award announcement and reception party at Vayupak Convention Center, Centra Hotel by Centara, in the Government Complex, and Convention center Building, Chaeng Watthana. This year, the winners have received prize money, together with medals, and honorary flags. In addition, they could enjoy the concert by the artist, Mr. Por Annop, who created the entertaining atmosphere for all contestants and participants in the contest event. The results from the 29th Annual Hino Total Support (TS) Contest in 2023, held from November 30 – December 1, 2023, are as below.
