King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) has received science teaching equipment and materials from Xilong Scientific Co., Ltd. The primary goal of this donation is to unlock the potential of Thai youth, empowering them to become a driving force in steering society toward a sustainable future.
On December 17, 2024, at KMUTNB’s Ratchaphruek Conference Room in the Nawamindra Rajini Building, Prof. Dr. Teravuti Boonyasopon, Chairman of the University Council, together with Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Suchart Siengchin, KMUTNB President, warmly welcomed Mr. Zhao Ye, President of Xilong Scientific Co., Ltd. The event was also honored by the presence of Dr. Pinit Jarusombat, President of the Thai-Chinese Cultural Relationship Council, Vice President of the International Confucian Association, and former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Thailand, along with executives from both organizations. The donation ceremony marked the handover of instructional equipment and supplies to the Faculty of Applied Science.
Looking ahead, Xilong Scientific Co., Ltd. plans to offer scholarships to students, as well as support on-the-job training programs and hands-on work experience.
Mr. Wang Xinke, President of Complete Link Trading, served as the coordinator for Xilong Scientific in Thailand. Following the ceremony, Mr. Zhao Ye visited the Faculty of Applied Science’s Semiconductor Technology Center and the College of Industrial Technology’s Center of Excellence in Modern EV Engineering Technology.
