BANGKOK — After playing a sold-out show in Bangkok last year, an American ambient pop collective is coming back later this year.
Known for mixing romance and melancholy, Brooklyn-based Cigarettes After Sex will include Bangkok on a tour for their debut, self-titled album, promoter Teenage Dream Corp. announced Tuesday morning.
The concert will take place Nov. 13 at Moonstar Studio in Soi Lat Phrao 80. Tickets starting at 1,600 baht are available online.
Their first performance in Bangkok was at Voice Space in May 2017.
Cigarettes After Sex was formed in 2008 and became known for the songs “Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You Baby,” “Apocalypse,” “Affection” and “K.” It is led by singer Greg Gonzalez, who has been praised for his androgynous voice.
