PHUKET — 16 August 2026, The Naka Market in Phuket was packed with fans, as “Nene Royal” held a farewell concert ahead of her trip to the United States to compete in the Live Shows round of America’s Got Talent Season 21.
At 20:55 on 16 August, Nene Royal, whose real name is Rattikarn Amlam, or 16-year-old Praew, performed at Naka Market in Wichit subdistrict, Mueang Phuket district.
Praew is an international scholarship student at a leading international school in Phuket. She rose to global attention after competing on America’s Got Talent and successfully secured a place among the final 44 contestants from around the world advancing to the Live Shows.
Nene Royal performed with the Ozone band ahead of her departure for the United States on 21 August. She is scheduled to compete in the live performance round on 25 August.
Thousands of fans, local residents and Thai and foreign tourists turned out for the concert to show their support for the young singer before she heads to the US.
Nene Royal and Ozone performed a selection of popular international songs from past decades during the 90-minute concert, entertaining the crowd throughout the evening.
Fans took turns bringing bouquets of flowers to the stage and presenting them to Nene Royal throughout the performance, offering their support and encouragement ahead of her next challenge on the global talent show.
