NONTHABURI — 14 May 2026, A man surrendered to police after allegedly killing a woman and driving her body to a police station in Nonthaburi province, authorities said.
Emergency responders from the Ruamkatanyu Foundation were alerted to the incident at about 10:10 after reports that a homicide suspect had placed the victim’s body inside a sedan and covered it with a cloth.
The suspect later drove the vehicle to the front of Bang Bua Thong police station, where officers took him into custody while investigators examined the scene.
Preliminary police questioning indicated that the suspect had been in a close relationship with the woman. Authorities said he allegedly killed her before calling his wife to say he was driving to Bang Bua Thong police station to surrender with the body in the car.
Police said the motive and circumstances surrounding the killing remain under investigation.
