BANGKOK — Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park has unveiled its spectacular new penthouse suite, raising the standard of ultra-luxury hotel accommodation in the heart of Thailand’s capital city.
Launched on 5th December 2017 to coincide with the first anniversary of the hotel’s opening, the new Sky Suite covers more than 1,002 square meters over two levels – 700m² on the 37th floor and 302m² on the 38th floor – transforming the top levels of Bangkok’s largest hotel into the guest’s own private residence.
With more than 1,388 rooms and suites, Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park became Asia Pacific’s first Marriott Marquis hotel when it launched in late 2016. The Sky Suite now becomes this impressive hotel’s new crown jewel, providing a unique venue for exclusive stays and private events in downtown Bangkok.
Accessible via private elevators, the Sky Suite is a spacious sanctuary set high above the hustle and bustle of Bangkok’s busy streets. Guests can spread out across two luxurious levels of living space, with three bedrooms (one master with a super-king bed and two spacious doubles), a huge marble master bathroom, two further en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room, pantry, and a huge entertainment area complete with a grand piano and a circular dining space with seating for up to 16 guests.
The entire suite is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, showcasing spectacular views of Bangkok’s ever-changing skyline. Perched on the 38th floor, this dramatic al fresco space is the perfect place for families and friends to unwind during the day, with comfortable seating, a relaxation area with hanging daybeds and a glass pond water feature, an outdoor hot tub, and panoramic views across the city. After dark, the terrace transforms into a chic star-gazing deck.
