Relevant persons have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Distributorship Agreement to push and expand the healthcare business forward, regarding the innovative products: medical disinfectants and cleaning products in Thailand. Covermat can ensure that this agreement will help customers to get access to the innovative products with high quality at the global level, and get services thoroughly. Moreover, the Company is confident that its whole-year revenues will grow more than 20%. Apart from efficiencies, Diversey products have packages and containers that use less plastics, complying with the Company’s business directions that are driven by the BCG Model.
