‘Nonny-Acme’ joined hands and rang the bell in a traditional Christian wedding with a splendid fairy tale vibe befitting the multibillionaire groom and renowned actress bride.
The grand and glamorous wedding of another power couple in the entertainment industry took place when the actress ‘Nonny’ Nutcha and ‘Acme’ Worawat, the multibillionaire investor and businessman and lead singer of DoubleDeep, made the decision to leave their single lives behind after four years of dating.
The couple wed in a traditional Christian style at the beautifully decorated venue, La Chapelle Bangkok, which was transformed into a heavenly church. The enchanting and warm atmosphere of the setting made the ceremony one of the most romantic and warmest events of the year.
“Nonny – Nutcha Schuhmacher”, a well-known actress with numerous roles on screen, and “Acme – Worawat Narknawdee,” the lead singer of DoubleDeep, multibillionaire CEO, investor, and businessman, are the latest sweet Godly couple in the entertainment industry after they have decided to leave their single lives behind after over 4 years of dating.
Previously, the groom orchestrated a sensational marriage proposal in the desert of Dubai in the middle of this year, arousing a lot of jealousy among women across the country.
Now the couple have become newlyweds after ringing a bell and embarking on a new life together on December 3, 2023 in the wedding ceremony held in a traditional Christian style at La Chapelle Bangkok, a luxury studio in the Ramintra area owned by the famous photographer, ‘George’ Tada Varich.
The wedding venue was flawlessly managed and decorated by the staff from Thailand’s leading wedding planner ‘Chic Planner’, led by ‘Kung’ Suriya Krutthong. They skillfully transformed the venue into a breathtaking church.
The venue was decorated with fresh white blooming hydrangeas, roses, tulips, and peonies. These exquisite flowers, weighing over 8,000 kilograms in total, were imported from foreign flower nurseries primarily in the Netherlands and France and were at that time rare due to the off-season. This led to the event brimming with flowers and glistering lights, resembling a heaven depicted in a fairy tale.
The sacred ceremony was held at the Saint Hall building. The bride made her entrance with a stunningly beautiful face, wearing make-up done by Thailand’s number one make-up artist ‘Pom’ Vinij Boonchaisri.
She held a Lily of the Valley bouquet, a popular bridal bouquet often held by European royal brides during their wedding ceremonies, including Princess Grace of Monaco, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Princess Kate Middleton of Wales, as well as renowned celebrities worldwide. ‘Champ’ Sittichoke Sereethoranakul, the founder of the Bright Romance Foundation, was a pastor in the ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by both of the bride and groom’s parents and families. Numerous celebrities in the entertainment industry also attended the event to express their congratulations, including Oom Sakaojai, Jakjaan Akhamsiri, Gybzy Wanida, Benz Punyaporn, Bowling Prisana, Chane Nutthawat, Pair Pilairumpa, Poom Phuripan, Mark Apiwit, Ohm Thitiwat, Peck Ratthapoom, Nat Nattasha, Papang from Rubikk, Pap from Sweet Mullet, Palm from Instinct, Jazz Atiwit Janewattananond, a renowned Thailand national team and globally recognized professional golfer.
Other notable figures attending the event include Adjunct Professor Chaiyasit Trachutham, who is also the President of the University Council at Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi and the former President of the Court of Appeal, Mr. Kajorndej Janewattananond, who is also a member of the Judicial Administration Commission, Justice of the Court of Appeal for Specialized Cases, and Chief Justice of the Labour Court, Region VII, Mr. Prasan Wangrattanapranee, a consultant to the National Anti-Corruption Commission and former Assistant Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, and Dr. Puntil Jongjittrakoon, the Assistant Minister of Commerce (under Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai).
Other influential individuals from various organizations and agencies also came to celebrate the event as well. The after-party featured a special guest performer, Burin Boonvisut, who performed music to celebrate and congratulate the couple. Additionally, many other famous DJs were in attendance.
The groom, ‘Acme’ Worawat, revealed “The special thing about today is that I carefully selected all the songs to be used in the wedding, including a special song called ‘Pha Hom’ (Blanket), which is a special track I intentionally composed for her on DoubleDeep’s album. I recomposed it in the style of orchestration with musical vibes, requiring more than 30 musicians and singers to perform.
As for the main theme of our wedding, we collaborated, brainstormed, and prepared everything. We want it to be beautiful and flawless because this is the most significant day for both of us. We desired a complete Christian wedding since we are both Christians.
We hoped to be wed before God’s eyes, with Him presiding over the ceremony to ensure that everything was faithfully carried out in accordance with Christian norm to pay great honor to Him and bless everyone who witnessed our wedding. Regarding our honeymoon plans, we plan to visit Greece and the Netherlands early next year.”
The bride, ‘Nonny’ Nutcha, said, “I feel so excited and happy that we, as a couple, have come to the most important day in our lives today. Acme is a gift from God for me. Today, God has responded to our prayers, and I believe that we met according to His plan and arrangement. I would like to thank Acme for creating this incredibly beautiful and magnificent wedding for me. It truly fulfills the most meaningful dream in my life.”
