BANGKOK — Hear stories from the Renaissance Man Leonardo da Vinci when he is brought to life on a stage next month.

The genius Italian painter, scientist and inventor behind the “Mona Lisa” and “The Last Supper” lived a private and somewhat secretive life, which will be unpacked on stage by Italian actor and playwright Massimiliano Finazzer Flory.

More than just authentic period costumes and makeup, Flory will revive and speak in Renaissance Italian to lend even greater realism when he sits down for an “Impossible Interview” with a reporter, as part of a two-man show at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.

The performance is part of the 2017 Italian Festival in Thailand and will be conducted in English and Italian with English surtitles.
