NAGOYA, Japan — 21 September 2026, Thailand’s men’s sepak takraw team maintained its strong form by beating Indonesia 3-0 in the team event at the 2026 Asian Games.
Thailand faced Indonesia in the first round of the men’s team event in Group A. The Thai team had opened its campaign with a 3-0 victory over South Korea.
Thailand continued its impressive run against Indonesia, winning all three matches.
In the first match, Thailand’s Team A secured a 2-0 victory, winning 15-11 and 15-7.
Team B followed with another 2-0 win, taking the sets 15-9 and 15-11.
Team C then completed the clean sweep with a 2-1 victory. Thailand lost the opening set 15-17 before fighting back to win the next two sets 15-10 and 15-7.
The 3-0 victory gave Thailand another straight win in the group stage of the 2026 Asian Games.
