Anti-Corruption Body Clears Prawit in Watch Scandal by Narrow Vote

BANGKOK — One year after a scandal engulfed the deputy junta leader over his collection of expensive watches, the National Anti-Corruption Commission on Thursday cleared him of any wrongdoing.
