
BANGKOK — One Bangkok, Thailand’s most ambitious integrated district development project, officially launched on October 25, 2024 marking a significant milestone in the country’s real estate and urban development sector.
The mixed-use complex, representing one of the largest private sector property developments in Thailand, aims to establish itself as a crucial business and lifestyle hub in Bangkok’s central business district.
The 1.2 billion baht launch event attracted key stakeholders from both public and private sectors, signaling the project’s strategic importance to Thailand’s economic landscape.

It was graced by thousands of distinguished guests, including high-ranking officials from both the public and private sectors, partners, top business leaders from various industries, and numerous superstars and celebrities.
Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, highlighted the project’s strategic significance: “One Bangkok represents our flagship development, realizing the vision of Mr. Charoen and Khunying Wanna Sirivadhanabhakdi.
The project transforms the historic Rama IV Road corridor, positioning it as a catalyst for economic growth and urban development. This investment demonstrates our commitment to establishing Bangkok as a competitive global business hub.”

The development features multiple components designed to create a comprehensive business ecosystem:
Business Infrastructure:
- State-of-the-art office spaces incorporating future workplace standards
- Premium retail space accommodating over 750 Thai and international brands
- Food and beverage district with more than 250 dining establishments
- 2-kilometer Art Loop integrating cultural elements into the business environment
Hospitality Development Timeline:
- The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok: Opening November 2024
- Andaz One Bangkok: Scheduled for 2025 opening
- Fraser Suites Bangkok: Planned for 2026 launch
To drive commercial activity, One Bangkok has launched the “Shop to the Beats of Bangkok” campaign, featuring a 30-million-baht incentive program including luxury prizes and exclusive membership benefits. The development has also introduced a dedicated retail app to facilitate customer engagement and transaction management.
